Businesses can and do change. Things don't have to stay the same.
Hardy was a good example. There has been quite a turn around in service and products.
Getting the right people into the public facing side of the business is key. There is an old adage that businesses forget (or don't know); "a complaint is a gift".
This is a pretty weird thread though. A complaint about a complaint that wasn't complaining about the fault that was a secret![]()
