    Not sure about that, but the Dome valley is DOC land and you have to get put on a waiting list to get in there. There are apparently very low animal numbers. My old man lives in Warkworth (about ten mins away from Dome Valley) and I've got it for a couple of weeks next month and I'll go up for a weekend. I'll let you know if I see anything up that way.
