Yeah I've heard that before. If it only gets better than this, then I'm in for a treat, as this was very nice!

congrats mate - ya wont forget that one - yup Rumpy right -try sambar stag ya wont want to again- like sawdust mixed with mashed old potato sack - that tastes like venison - you lucky with a young one - now try fallow spiker aged for a few days - dip in flour then egg then breadcrumbs and real fast hot plate -pretty hard to beat
