How's your horse riding skills? I here that's the one that pulls up most. What sort of gear do you personally need?
Or should I ask what are you taking? Anything special? Or are you just stopping at Bass Pro on the way up

My horse riding skills are pretty much non existent
I am going a month early to sort my horse skills and learn the block and tracks. Next season I will likely head over a month later.
Rigging the horses to carry the kill and trophy are what I am told is most important.

Clients all have to ride so it can't be too bad...
I am only allowed 46kgs on the flight but will be taking mostly the same gear I would use on a Thar hunt here minus a tent and should be under weight all things considered.

I plan to buy a garmin inreach and some minor gear when I get there.
Just ordered some new kuiu gear that will be sent to my brothers place in the next week or so.
The outfitter I am working for has bought me some stuff like boots etc.
I will probably leave a bit of gear there for next season if I accumulate too much.
