Thread: Fiordland - wet weather and all

The socks have probably changed in the last 30 years, but I bought a pair back in the mid 1990's not long after they first came out. I wore them with the recommended inner socks (might have been called Coolmax?).
I wore them one very wet day in the bush. My feet felt wet and cold all day but when I took the socks off they were dry - I decided if they still feel wet and cold what's the point of wearing them so never wore them again.
