Just putting it out there....
I have a very good commercial type 3ph Mincer with a capacity of 800 - 900 kg / hr.
Rather than offering to let people come use it 'piece meal', my thought is that if everyone gets stuck in and accumulates all their trim and scraps from now in the freezer until an agreed date in early December we could put our aprons on and have a morning of running it through, ready for the barby season. ( And I only need to one mincer clean down )
I like to run mince twice through an 8mm plate but do have a finer ( 3mm) plate for sausage mince.
