what are the options for havin deer butcheried around welly? kapiti? yeh yeh i know can do it yourself, we do, lookin at options for salami, sausages etc for the odd deer.

Hi there, Carterton butcher - 06 379 8181 good if you hunt Haurangi's or eastern Tararua's. Stokes valley - not sure of his contact details but first lot of shops on the left. There is another one in Moores valley but need to get details from my mate who's out at the moment.

There's quite a few options, Park Ave, as some of the other lads have suggested and also the following:

I'v used all three. Park Ave's products are better but more expensive. If you just want standard sausages, and a fast turn around go to Paul or Gary.

Park Ave's Beer Sticks are great with a brew and some pickled onions... :-)

Wairarapa Farm Meats in Masterton too. That's who I use. Good basic fare. No fuss, Fast turn around.
