Not necessarily all with electrolytes but I would smash 3 700/750ml bottles of water and at least one or two with a sachet in it they're magic you can actually feel your body loving that shit after you have just lumped an animal 400 verticle metres to camp

I like the threads where gearlists and photos of gear setups are put up.. always encourages good conversation around specific items and gives fresh ideas. Maybe time for a new one?
