Yeah they are a must have, them and 90c snickers when they're on sale, crazy number of calories in those things.
Done a couple of one square meal summer overnighters
Went to buy some camouflage trousers the other day but I couldn't find any.

Bloody great Dorkus...that'd do it...BUT didn't see any bottles of Port in amongst...what an ommission!!

I also take some bicarb of soda [as an old marathon runner, it is bloody great for dispersing the lactic acid, which is what makes the legs sore and tight after a days walk !!!] one level teaspoon in a small amount of water and some more water to wash it down...also good for easing indigestion!
    Have a great trip...

To be fair that is probably the bit that looks the best. Most of the hunting i do is APNP so screes, braided river travel are pretty standard, and the strap is in good nick. The bit that is smashed is the inside ankles where i have rubbed it to the 3rd membrane. But they still keep water out. The rest of them is good condition. Next time i am in Chch gonna take them to @twinneedle to get a patch stitched in to make them last a bit longer.

Sweet as, that part had me asking questions on longevity, especially over scree etc
Inside of my current ones are chewing through as well, just wear and tear for gaiters.

    Decision time kuiu or Swazi?

    600ml titanium pot

    Little titanium stove (aliexpress)

Sea to summit titanium cutlery set

    Collapsible cup

Water bladder, I use this mainly just to collect and store water for use at camp and just carry a powerade bottle for drinking on the go

The cup, stove, and a 230gram gas canister all fit inside the pot, I get about 3-4days easy from a 230 gram canister
Where did you pick up the 600ml Pot from mate? All the ones I have seen don't manage to fit in the standard canisters...

A fella at the nzda I go to uses one. It seems a fair bit faster than normal ones but his has a limited water capacity as his is some talk aluminium cup sort of thing.
