    You can use them in the open or bush, but mostly they are used in open country. It is safer to use binds to identify things than using your scope.

    @Pommy and I had the unpleasant experience of another hunter 'glassing' us using his rifle recently. Not. Cool. At. All.

    We made ourselves obvious to him but really, just don't do it.
