There are signs along the coast road that you probably rode along saying no hunting.

Also suggest that if you haven't already, to get permission from the GWRC ranger to ride on the private land past the lake - again, there is a big sign. Rode out there last weekend and suffered a bit of the old unscratchable itchy trigger finger...
