    Goat hunting Wairarapa

Hi forum readers... I have a hunting area which has a good number of goats which has been shut up for calving my cows and wintering my hoggets for the last few months and is about to be re-opened. My cows and calves and hoggets will still be there, but will be old enough that there will be no problems. I have seen good numbers of goats off the motorbike. (26 in one mob) It will be opened up to the random public in a few weeks time, but thought I would offer it to forum members first... it is in the Wairarapa on the south coast around ocean beach with access by atv only. But I can drop people around there on the quad and point you in the right direction as long as you shoot as many as you can hit. otherwise will be the general rules at re-opening. Permission required, Strictly no spotlighting etc. If you can orginise a decent size group I can supply another catchment as well with decent goat numbers. Vehicles can be left on farm behind a locked gate. And camping is more than fine.

That is a fantastic offer Brad

A few experienced members should take a few newbies out and show them the ropes.

I am very new but would like to come along if there is a group and someone doesn't mind a tag along to teach me the ropes. Would love the experience.
