Goat problem in the East

Any gentleman here from East here who would let me gain access to their land to shoot a few goats if any?

There seems to be a lot of goats around in places this year shot a lot of nannies carrying twins or twins at foot check out doc blocks in the king county area ring doc and ask last time a culling team worked the areas
