I know they make a bit of fuss about wildings now and then, but what about the zillions of acres of land now locked up as pine plantations, with limited access for joe public in a lot of cases, and, in my experience, very little bird life being supported within.
If they were really serious about getting natives back, they would be against this practice.
But it generates cash pengy, a bush full of birds does not no matter how hard they say 'its about the birds' its bullshit, its all about cash
