    haast roar blocks

    You have asked this before?
Why book the block if you know nothing about it?
The lay of the ground dictates the hunting. You will see what I mean when you get there.
It is an easy block to get around and the animals will be in the normal places.
It is as good as any other haast ballot but very unlikely to get anything big.
Been in or thru there a few times myself.

Depending where in the Arawhata you go I wouldn't trade it for the Franklin!
Far better animals in the Arawhata.
