Have a Hardy supressor on my .308 and I have recently noticed this wear inside it. Is this normal? The bore through it is slightly oval and I'm not sure if that first baffle is broken or designed like that.

Have you been giving it a spray with wd40 after use? Looks like a mixture of corrosion damage and wear to me.
Get some wd40 up it. That white stuff is corrosion, nasty stuff. Get hold of Hardy's as mentioned above and see if there is anything you/they can do.
Anecdotal evidence would suggest even if anyone from Hardy got back to you, they would deny any faults in manufacturing and lay the blame squarely on you.
Go figure, lots of other options out there.
