    Heading out for a hunt - Taupo

    My car is back on the road next week so planning a trip up to army road for a weekend will be doing it before july as I have my boy coming and really want to try and get some venison in the freezer before he comes up so will be sometime in June, planning on heading in on friday after work or very early saturday morning either way we will be camping there. If anyone is keen to join me let me know but would prefer someone experienced to come along as I am still a learner myself. Looking at heading into Army Road

    I might look into going on queens birthday weekend if my car is back in time will more than likely leave early saturday morning if that is the case and probably come home sunday night or monday morning.

    Looks like my wagon may not be ready in time for the weekend due to the mechanics workshop being short staffed this week so may have to put this weekends hunt off for the time being

    No its not, this time of the year is mint!! Just put another layer on and away you go.

    Il be down there this weekend giving them shit, might be a busy weekend in the hills.

    Well my plans are definitely rooted the isuzu won't be back till next week so it will definitely be a 3 day weekend of thumb twiddling and no hunting for me bugger it all.

    Righto I am going try to get out again on the weekend of the 21st of this month was going to go the weekend of the 15th but Mucko is holding his field shoot (unless it gets cancelled which I hope it does not), so if anyone is keen to tag along flick us a PM going to try and bugger off after work on the friday and come home sunday morning/early afternoon.
