So me and a mate are doing a bit of a hikoi down south next year.. Stewart island for a few days and then jumping in a cheap rental and heading off to look for a chammy or tahr.. If any of you mainlanders are coming up this way and want to have a look for a Rusa or Red in exchange for the good oil on your local... Flick me a pm and we'll see what we can work out...
Rusa or Sambar may sell it, they have better reds than us though :D
