Thread: Helicopter hunting ...

Myself and a couple mates spent Friday night and Saturday morning this weekend up in north canty for a hunt (my first deer hunt) and were disturbed by a helicopter culling. Now I don't know if a helicopter banging about all morning would have much effect on seeing more or less game etc but it was pretty annoying..

We saw good sign everywhere and had a good time in general but gutted when you spend the time and effort walking in to get buzzed like that, not to mention watching them fly off after 3 trips with 10+ kills

I wanna go back in there again but not if it's getting smashed by helicopters, do people on here think that the helicopter would of made much difference to our chances? Or am I just being a bit pedantic, I know a lot of hunters are largely opposed to this type of hunting.. Keen for some opinions
