    Here We Go Again

Eugenie and DoC are gonna kill everything to do...what? Kill everything I guess. https://www.stuff.co.nz/environment/...-for-mega-mast They seem oblivious of the fact that 1080 kills birds as well as everything else in the food web. Oh well, we can always listen to the sound of falling seeds instead of birds and roaring stags. 30 million of our dollars poisoning waterways and all the rest that goes with it. It'll probably kill the last few kakariki, also.

I predicted that after the first Battle for the Birds campaign, that mast years would now be predicted by DOC every year...regardless of the science.

Yes, the bullshit line from F and B fed farmers and DoC was actually a beech mast every 15 years!!
    Battle for our Birds
    “Battle for our Birds
    Beech Mast
Once every 15 years New Zealand beech forests produce high levels of seeds (mast) triggering a rodent and stoat explosion.”
Turns out it’s every two. Anyone who takes a single press release from these people as scientific fact needs their head read.

And now its Global warming. So if you argue against it, you're against global warming. Except when its not warming - then its called climate change.

and possums, killed a few in my backyard
Another pest - developers cutting down all the native trees (where the native birds hung out) to make way for more ugly houses to fit more imported people.

What is wrong with imported people? Is it because some of them look different or talk a different language? Do they scare you?

HAHA I knew someone would try that.

One of the best things about NZ is the relatively small population. Growing it at the insane rate it is has made it a less desirable place to live especially Auckland. I don't particularly care who the people are although some have less than zero respect for our rules and way of life (is that you systoloc?). They piss me off.

The main group to benefit are rental owners an business people who get cheap labor (is that you systoloc?).

    I'm an immigrant.

Appearance is irrelevant. Language is irrelevant. Scare factor is subjective. Values of the host country are paramount and would-be immigrants to this country should adhere to, respect and replicate those values.

I get it you refer to good NZ values like men choosing to let women have the vote, not to how NZ Family courts deal with dads.
