Thread: Hopkins and Rangitata.

Hi folks could anyone enlighten me with what's on offer up the Hopkins and Rangitata?

Just been offered a seat up for a box of speights so yea turns out it'd be rude not to lol.

Not after anyone's secret spots just a friendly nudge of where to avoid :-)

Also what's the fishing like up those ways?

Tahr up the Hopkins stay at the growler hut and be sure to take good binos and plenty of energy

Sorry got the Hopkins confused with the Havelock, the growler hut is up the Havelock which feeds the Rangitata.
Access is through the Rangitata river bed
