Springbok- because
Zebra - curious as to what they taste like
Gnu- all the other animals on that Seringetti programme go hard on eating them so why not me.
Buffalo- because I'm greedy and want 4. Be good steak I reckon.
Any saffers know what the above taste like

1) Tender but springy. 2)Like a donkey. Same even when you boil the stripes off. 3)Gnu only for young lions with good teeth 4) Hunting boots.

Tried them all. Springbok or as biltong in a stew is good. Buff biltong is great. Gnu (that's wildebeest to you!) is Okay. Zebra... Meh. It is mostly down to how the meat is handled, and the recipe.

Try warthog, kudu, nyala in any order.

My choice of animals would be oryx /gemsbok, kudu and eland or Cape buffalo tied for third spot.
