    Hunting buffalo in Oz

    Hi,
An old friend of mine from Europe would like to come to Australia next year and shoot a buffalo.( and maybe other critters if they are on offer).
He is looking for a guided hunt. He is definitely not the kind paying for an helicopter or rollsroyce lift to the hunting spot, more the kind of going on a ride on a beat up land cruiser.
So if anybody got some good contacts over there , I ll start the investigation for my friend.
    Thank you.

There are only three types of people in this world. Those that can count, and those that can't!

Northern Territory - July thru to September
Buff, donkeys, horses, pigs & dogs all from Landcruisers
This year is the first year in 8 that I'm not going as work commitments have taken priority but plan to go next year. I already have withdrawal symptoms
Go back thu some of my previous posts, plenty of photo's of a whole lot of killing, I have some big skull and shoulder mounts at home.
I'll PM you an outfitters details.

Shooting from the land cruiser was not the exact plan. But that still sounds like a good range of animals to hunt.
Yes, your contacts over there will be very welcome.
    Many thanks.

More clearly, travel by landcruiser from point A to point B, go for a walksy and bang - you hopefully have a trophy buff. You might spend 5 days looking before you pull the trigger on a goody.

After spending 9 months in and out of hospital getting treatment for 2 unrelated types of cancer that's what I thought myself. Fuck the cost and have done it every year since.
I have only shot one Buff and it was the one I wanted, you see heaps of them but the real big buggers are crafty as.
One trip a few years ago I knocked over 75 animals in 5 days, still didn't put a dent in the population. I was totally buggered at the end.
Trying to convince shift14 to come with us next year

What does it cost to go for a hunt in aussie?
If you can't kill it with bullets, dont f*ck with it.
