An audiobook that I found helpful called healthy as fuck, only downside is that it's written for woman which I didn't realize until after buying it, however it did give me a few laughs!
The main thing I found good about it was it's not a diet nook, cos they don't work. The main message is to change your eating habits rather than going on a diet.
A very realistic look at health and fitness, including the fact that to live the life you want you might settle for being a couple of kgs heavier than you want so your lifestyle can stay how you want it.
