well secured vehicle with no obvious valuables left inside, take secateurs for dealing with supplejack because it can be really thick in places
The deer are up high according to two people I have talked to, and the sign I saw last week backed that up

Yep, I went in for a day hunt last Friday and it was getting busy by the time we left. Contemplated heading there today before everyone arrived again but went to the Kaimais instead.Quote:

Heading into the kaimais this weekend so will be interesting. Only 3rd time in there and first proper bush hunt which is stupid considering its it's the closest bit of bush. Always good to learn a new area.
Was real dry out of the creek in the ureweras this weekend. How did you go in the pureoras mate?
Has anyone been up to the wildlife hut in the north Pureoras lately? I'm thinking of staying there or at least leaving my truck there next weekend
