Thread: Hunting the roar

Walk the ridges. If nothing heard give half roars so as not to appear bigger than what may be about. Travel down open side spurs roaring off the sides.

Sometimes they come to you and other times you have to go to them. If you go to them, don't over do the roars as you may push them away. Try and get to them without roaring or have your mate back stay back to hold him while you sneak in and give him the good news

If you are in the thick stuff and think "if I was a deer this is where I would be" associated with stag shit and rubbings the give a few spaced out roars
