    Hunting trip planning...

    Hey team...

A long time ago some friends and I always talked about doing a roady around the top half of the south island playing hunter gatherers; a lot of water has gone under various bridges since then and some of us fell out of touch through the usual circumstances, but we have now all decided to get back together for that often talked about roady and have a bloody good catch up after far too long.

So, basically I'm just wondering if any of you have any brilliant ideas for stop off points along the way. There's 8 of us going to be going down in the spring time, 4 are divers, 2 are just there for the jokes, beer and womanising, and 2 of us are hunters. The basic plan was to load up 2/3 utes and get on the ferry.... and that's where we got stuck... Any help is awesome! Any good stories about similar trips for ideas is even better!

    Thanks guys

Haha, nah thanks mate, I have my slice of paradise in the North. I'm just more after good places to make some memories really, not even that fussed about actually seeing animals, just getting down there and catching up with old mates.
