Good walk in, bout three hours. Just been 1080 ed again. Good hut...house nice creek few trout. They put cullers in from time to time, but I spose they can't get them all. Shot a goat off the track last time I was in. If you want sika go taupo east, greater chance of smoking one. Letich hut gets very busy at times with family groups etc...pick your dates careful not to go in school hols.
