as above, nanny or kid goats are the best for eating

We had a bunch of Nanny legs meat made into sausages. One of the guys who knew everything, managed to clean and skin a billy leg and put it in the mix. Those sausages were like russian roulette...9 out of 10 mouthfuls were delicious, but every now and the you would bite into a piece of sausage and I swear you could see the bloody thing in front of you the flavour was so strong....

What is worse is that after 1 sausage, the guy who knew everything would not take any more sausages.......
