It's funny, had a leg of goat the other day and just chucked it in the slow cooker for about 7 hours. Tender as, flavour was fine, nothing about it was anything other than perfectly edible. Mate who brought it up was a little sheepish, finally admitted that it was a billy with a 28" set of handle bars. Nothing extravagant but still I had no idea on eating it that it was anything other than prime eating goat.
Slow cookers are a way forward I think!
