I worry about losing the mag. That's the only negative feature. But I would have another one in a heart beat. The suppressor doesn't change the point of impact. It holds its zero well and shoots everything I've fed it under an inch at the max.
Yeh I envy you guys and your suppressors, if you find the right bloke here you can get one made but if you get caught its curtains for your gun license and possible jail time so just not worth the risk funnily enough ha

Really? I handled a 243 and it was light as buggery and just had that same feel as my bros steyr which kicks like a clydesdale especially when I was getting one in 300WM, having said that it was the interchangable barrel model - cant remember the name, so that might be the difference.

I know what you mean about the mag, the button looks and works great but functionality in the bush is another thing.

Here's the recent one and the one I got last May. Within 800 yards of each other.

    Nth Wairarapa, up near you.

Probably influenced by the odd escapee. You probably know where from.

Yes, they do eh, and more than likely they are. The recent one was very old. The other one was younger.
Maybe father and son, but we will never know. I hope me taking them both out hasn't knocked the gene pool, although the area holds a lot of hinds so it should be all good for the future. They are public land deer.
