Thread: Illegal hunting..does it bother you?

I do not use nor necessarily advocate the use of thermals but I do find it amusing that DOC ban them on public land during the hours of daylight. Nighttime I understand as it’s a safety thing. Correct me if I am wrong but DOC support the shooting and culling of big game on public land, yet here they have banned equipment that would enable hunters to do so far more effectively in the daylight and better achieve the general outcomes that DOC desire. Like I said, i’m not advocating it, I just find DOCs contradicting standpoints amusing.
