because people are people and will use spotlight or thermal or whatever to actually shoot at night.... the hut possum I can condone...deer across gully,not so much but are realistic enough to know it will happen...a lot of us will have shot deer on side of track...thats different to TARGETING deer with spotlight/thermal etc
