Just wondering if anyone knows the best way to go about getting a land owners number? It's a section that has been turned back into bush and nobody lives on it. No neighbours as it borders DoC land so a bit hard to talk to the owners. Any ideas on where to start?
Council, they collect rates on all land and info.
You can do a title search to see who owns it, but there is a fee and I doubt you will get contact details.
Cheers, I'll try call the council Monday then, saw those title searches and thought they would probably be either useless or outdated
