    investment

I Have found a amazing British Sporting estate with a huge manor house and 10 estate cottages
further more it has just over 1,741 acres of ground producing amazing pheasant and partridge shooting also 2.5 miles of trout fishing Chalk river.
All that available with pheasant partridge duck on the river and the Deer stalking this could be an amazing commercial shoot and i am looking for an genuine investor or investors to back me in the running of this please feel free to mail me and ill give you more information and pictures are available however i would even be willing to give you a break down of my proposal for the first year
    king regards
    Gareth

well i think from my end its well out my price range looking more of buying a farm in NZ and starting a hunting reserve on it for both big game and pheasant and partridge shooting as driven game like we have here in the UK could this be something that may interest the people of New Zealand for example,

hunts and stalk big game Deer, pigs ,goats muflon etc
driven game within season Pheasant, partridge and Duck let days and a syndicate
and days Clay shooting when game out of season would this interest people
    cheers

Its been done here mate that's nothing new.
From what I have seen first hand (pheasants and Partridge driven) you are going to have all sorts of issues. To many to write here. Firstly cross driven duck of the list, people would start riots.

Not sure about big game etc as I have no experience with that side of things

Search on google New Zealand hunting and you ll see there are quite a few Deer hunting private blocks. The upper end cater for tourists (read mainly rich Americans)
They are worth millions and it takes years to get a following .I d suspect a few of them don't make all their money from their hunting side. Put together with the fact Kiwis don't really
want to pay to hunt deer and Id say you d do better running beef cattle or sheep. Be pretty hard to get a bank to invest or loan for that type of operation so I hope you are rich as to
kick off you ll need to be. Not trying to put you off just the facts are as above...

    HI Scotty

Our NZ laws are very restrictive on the game birds, bag limits, sexes, short seasons, games licenses required even on private land etc...

However the big game side of things is much easier here in NZ than in the UK/USA. There is no minimum calibre on private land, there is no tag system, no restrictions what and when you can shoot it e.g no hind/stag seasons...its all just a free for all here.

Plenty of people doing the shooting estate things here, most offer big dollar ''farm stags'' to top paying overseas clients ($5000 - $25000 DNZ). And then the scrubbers are offered as meat animals to NZ customers who can afford the $300 - $1000 + guides fees for the cheap meat animals.
