Lithuania - where the Pulsar factory is
They do not have (or its illegal) to have Thermal or NV rifle attached
Hand Held - yes

Here I am selling and using Thermal scopes - but in some ways apart from Commercial guys - I would accept if we were same here
I think to ban Hand Held in DOC or Public land is wrong
They are an excellent safety tool too
For identifying other hunters especially.

Now I am going to up a Tread on selling two scope :-)
