Some pretty cool knives on there.
Will have a go at making a couple of those styles.
Anyone know where I can get some 60 000 yo woolly mammoth teeth for a handle? (apart from the obvious)

That blue handled one looks cool, but 450 pounds is well out of my price range.

more than enough custom makers in NZ to choose from without resorting to testing the UK waters.

Mammoth tooth will not work because the teeth are grinders and the wrong shape, the dentin lines would look attractive. Tusk is what you want.

Mammoth tooth works great for handles but isn't the easiest material to work with

    Whales Tooth Scales

I've had two custom knives made with whales teeth scales and both have moved and shrunk. Not sure if you can get whales teeth stablished but this would be the go I think.

I have a couple of emberleaf knives, very high quality, a-ebl steel is very surgical , theses are extremely sharp blades which generally only require stropping to put the edge back on. Which knife were you looking at. Pm me
