Thread: Late January Chamois and Thar hunt

Hey again, folks!

After hours of glassing and many kilometers of hiking, I’ve finally taken my first tahr bull!
Huge thanks to everyone who helped me find good terrain!

Now, I have a question—does anyone know of a taxidermist who can do a shoulder mount and arrange for the trophy to be shipped to Norway? Alternatively, if no taxidermist is available, is there anyone around Christchurch who could help me boil and prepare the skull so I can bring it home on my flight?

We’re leaving on Sunday, February 16th, so I need to get this sorted fairly quickly.
