yeah never worried about leaving gear in a hut although to keep a bunk is a bit of a different matter, i know i would be a bit annoyed to sleep on floor or out side when there is just a pile of gear on a bunk , i think you can expect it moved

If I left my sleeping bag on a bunk I would expect it to be there on return that evening, not on the floor.
