    I was told in the weekend you can't get to Barbers up the Leatham at the moment.
    Experience. What you get just after you needed it.

    Apparently one of the creeks past Boulder has been washed out. About a meter drop into it. I heard that second hand from a friend that was in there last weekend. Sounds like there were a lot of people in there too.

    Beautifly in there in winter. You just have to dress for it
    On the trip in the previous photo I posted we had a pot of water freeze on the hut bench overnight even with the fire going until we got into bed.

    Would have been busy I’d imagine as the Woodbourne Tavern pig and deer hunt was on that weekend. Gets busy anyways but that would’ve bulked up the numbers
