    Hi. I believe I can hunt here with a DoC permit. But can’t see on the online form what area it belongs to. Any advice pls?

    Actually it appears you'll need to contact the Murihiku District office for a restricted area hunting permit

    They changed it a little while ago, it used to be Open permit, but now you have to ring the DOC office in Invercargill.

    I spoke to the office at the start of Dec, Blocks still closed till middle of Jan...no permits issued until then
