Do you have a photo of the setup with the olight?

if you are using a scope mount for the olight you can push it to the right of the scope (ie. to 3 or 4 o'clock instead of 12 o'clock) which should remove the reflection issue.
Alternatively, a barrel mount just behind the suppressor to the left or right will eliminate the reflection.
