I always take cheap Craig’s tomato relish to have with crackers, cheese and salami. Good enough to eat for a week.

Pistachios are my treat, it’s almost as good as rolling a dart on the hill!

What I have done on the hill is to cook the porridge last thing before turning in. Then in the morning just give a stir and a quick blast on the cooker till just warm. Saves a lot of time and no waiting for it to cool a bit. Stop that microwave porridge cooking, my Granny would turn in her grave ...

I always take Radix because they have a FODMAP option. It’s not huge but I supplement it with potato flakes which are very light to carry and go quite a long way.

Cheap and easy meal is the ‘ramen bomb’, instant noodles, tuna, instant potato.
    Use some flavoured tuna.
Sea lord are doing tuna with cous cous and rice etc, eat hot or cold. Prob want to bulk it up for a main meal.
Went to buy some camouflage trousers the other day but I couldn't find any.

Right now I'm lying outside my tent happy to be free from home detention cooking dinner in sika country.

Ive got into a habit of frying wraps with cheese and salami in them and shit they are good in the hills. Anyone got any ideas for other wrap fillings that will last without a fridge? Particularly thinking of meat but any suggestions appreciated.

I've got a smoked tuna here with me that I normally add to pasta or noodles but might try that in the wraps with cheese tomorrow.
