    long(ish) range trophy goat

    My 7mmSTW was feeling very neglected, so today I took it for a walk.

    I had seen a real monster of a goat a while back and hadn't had a chance to get back there to shoot it. I went for a rece and spotted it yesterday, but it wasn't in a shootable position and I was more after a pig - so I didn't want to spook the pigs by shooting at a goat. But this morning I managed to get two pigs before 7:00am, so I thought to myself that the goat is fair game.



    Anyway the pic speaks for itself. The shot was taken from 320yds, which isn't extreme...but it still takes some care as its still a long way.
