I have a pair of lower ranger 2 and my brother has a pair of Tibet pro, the rangers are a good all round boot and comfy and not to harsh on your heels when hunting tahr and would be a good all rounder the tebits can be a little harsh on your feet and take a bit to get use to and not so good suited to bush hunting as there a bit stiff to know when your about to brake twigs and are a bit more heavy, I would buy lower boots agan but I do think they are over priced in some stores cheers

+1 on the Ranger model, cheaper to get from the states though.

I was issued a pair of GTX combats last year.

They were nice boots but I was probably issued a size too large so I constantly got rubbing on the soles of my feet. I walked about 600ks in them in 10 months last year. I still have them, but I barely ever wear them. I bought a pair of cheap desert Magnums online at the end of last year and they're just so much lighter and more comfortable (And they cost about a fifth of what lowas cost).

    + 1.

I've had my Rangers about 4 years and they still going strong (not so sure about the owner though . They are a trifle heavy for bush stalking but more than make up for it by being super comfortable for the wider hoof.
