Good post. I was recently boning out a pig in a fairly remote location in the middle of the night. Took an awful lot of care to not cut/stab myself. Literally on the last cut, I pushed the knife through the animal and straight in to my hand nice and deep. It was nothing that was going to kill me, but an infected wound is not good. I used my first aid kit to clean the injury and got away with it. Having read your post, I will add some Celox to my kit.
