Thread: Middle gorge hut, mistake river?

Hi there, planning a tahr trip has anyone been in here any help and info greatly received. So many catchments on the east coast all look the same on google earth. If planning on flying in are you better paying a little bit more and going further into the hills somewhere. Or even the west coast? Making a tahr a bucket list for myself so would like to get it somewhat right. Thanks

Middle gorge is a nice guy but it's very open country and not very "Thary".

Plus it's a very expensive flight in.
