    Good feedback. Thanks everyone.
    Looks like I will save the mil surplus for a zombie invasion (dream come true).
    I was planning to use this on a baikal single shot.
    Did take the rifle to the range yesterday and guess what...it wouldn't fire. Could hear the firing pin go click but no bang. Can't see the firing pin come out either.
    The guy at reloaders did mention that this was the only issue the baikals had. Will take my rifle back to GC.
