Mill Rd end Ruahines- Trekking pole left leaning agaisnt DOC sign

    Hi Guys,

Just been speaking to my retired neighbor, he did a tramp up into Howletts Hut from the rd end at Mill Rd, came out yesterday.

He put his trekking pole agaisnt the DOC sign to take a few photos, got back to home in Napier and remembered his pole was still there.

If anyone is down that way and happen to find the trekking pole, he'd quite like it back, he's had it for years and it has been to a lot of places with him.

    Fingers crossed.

    Cheers

Brads, Dundee, send out a search party!
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

You're not wrong, some of these trappers are bloody fit old buggers. This guy also did a lot of hunting in his younger years down south, and has some good stories.

Yeah spot lighters and most other pricks that are attracted to road ends.

About 2 years ago me and mate where just leaving the car park and two pricks where there trying to cut down the little 4 post doc roof thing with the big sign in it.
I asked weather they thought they could out run an amax.....

    Fuckin douche bags.
The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice. And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice, there is little we can do to change; until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds
