Then when looking for a new bike I couldn't find what I wanted in a 27.5 so I brought a S Works stumpy evo 29'er, Being a short arse It's not the prettiest frame / wheel combo but fuck me 29ers roll easy & it's wickedly quick down hill, still getting use to over shooting corners though lol

Overshooting corners and blowing out corners that suddenly tighten or a series of switchbacks was something I struggled with on my 29er. The 27.5 is much easier in this sort of riding and rolls pretty good generally. Not as good as a 29er for sure, but downhill, tech rooty/rocky type riding is my preference and for that I definitely prefer the 27.5.Quote:
